Suzanne Leonard is the Founder and CEO of Vanguard- The Thought Leaders' Alliance. She formed the company in an effort to revolutionize an entire industry. Her belief is that a speaker-centric model allowing for free agency is vital in this new economy.

Suzanne’s recent work as senior advisor to the leadership team of CoveyLink Worldwide and Franklin Covey paved the way for the development of the Vanguard Group. As Executive Director of Business and Community Development she implemented an aggressive strategy of identifying, securing and developing speaker-led experiences that created measurable, lasting impacts on both organizations and participants.

Working directly with Founder Stephen M.R. Covey, Suzanne was instrumental in orchestrating the growth of CoveyLink, and was a driving force behind Stephen M. R. Covey’s book ‘The Speed of Trust’ reaching best-seller status. This effort staged the transition of CoveyLink Worldwide to form the new Global Speed of Trust Practice at Franklin Covey.

Suzanne is proud not only to have created but more importantly maintained partnerships with the leadership teams of organizations such as AT&T, World Economic Forum, IBM, Microsoft, US Department of Defense, US Navy, National Counsel of BBB’s, ASAE, various Chambers of Commerce, Ethics Alliances, Universities, Healthcare Systems, and many, many more.

Suzanne has over 15 years of experience in international and domestic sales and marketing. She has been able to combine her knowledge of the marketplace with a pro-active nature to find new opportunities while leveraging existing assets.

Originally from Winter Park, Florida, Suzanne currently resides ocean-side in Naples, Florida. She counts as her proudest achievements, her two daughters Cheri and Kayli and grandson Hopper.

Trevor W. Nisbeth is a respected and iconic public figure throughout the Caribbean, Netherlands, and the northern region of South America. For over 15 years, Trevor has leveraged all sources of mass-market media to advance a powerful social agenda of community engagement.

Trevor is the founder and former managing director of TV.com productions and media organization producing three television shows while personally hosting a weekly entertainment series.
